SHAKE CITY 는 사도행전 2장의 예루살렘의 도시를 뒤흔드는 강력한 성령의 역사와 같이

도시를 강력한 성령의 역사로 흔든다는 'SHAKE CITY' 라는 의미를 가지고 있습니다.

 

SHAKE CITY 는 Christine Lee 목사님과

2002년 부터Los Angeles 도시의 부흥과 대학생, 청년들의 부흥을 꿈꾸며

1.5세, 2세 대학생 찬양 Conference 인 SHAKE UCLA, SHAKE USC 등의

대학 캠퍼스 집회와 SHAKE CITY Conference 를 통해

대학생, 청년들에게 하나님의 임재와 찬양의 열정을 전하고 있습니다.

OUR VISION 

SHAKE CITY is a collegiate worship team gathered with passion for Jesus

and purpose of bringing revival in the young generation

The members consist of students from

University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA)

and University of Southern California (USC)

SHAKE CITY is based at a local church in Beverly Hills, California.

​

​SHAKE CITY’s vision is not limited to Beverly Hills.

We pray for revival in churches and cities internationally,

and for global restoration in the young generation

through a world-wide praise movement.

 

We are dedicating our lives to reach out to young people

who have never heard of the gospel.

We work tirelessly to help them accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior,

and lead a life that glorifies God. 

 

Our purpose is to raise up the church and the young people of Korea

through the shouts of praise.

SHAKE CITY는 전세계적으로 가장 영향력 있는 Jesus Culture 와
Kim Walker-Smith의 영어 찬양곡을 한국어로 공식 번역하여
Jesus Culture 한국어 베스트 앨범, SHAKE CITY 1집 “Still Believe”을 발표하였습니다.

또한, Bethel Church., Jeremy Riddle, Chris Quilala, Kristene DiMarco,
Bryan & Katie Torwalt 의  대표곡들을 한국어로 발표함으로
Jesus Culture Conference에 역사하신 강력한 예배의 현장을 한국에 소개하고 있습니다.

또한, 미국에서 가장 많이 불리우는 TOP 10 모던 워십 곡들을 한국어로 번역하여
SHAKE CITY 2집 "RAIN DOWN"을 발표하였습니다. 
Planetshakers, Elevation Worship, Jesus Culture, Bethel Worship 등
전세계적으로 영향력을 끼치고 있는 찬양팀들의 대표적인
영어곡들을 한국어로 공식 번역하여 한국에 소개하고 있습니다.

SHAKE CITY 의 비젼은 Beverly Hills 에 머물지 않고, 전세계 찬양 사역을 통한
대학생, 청년들 세대의 회복과 각 나라 교회들과 도시의 부흥을 위해 기도합니다.
우리는 복음을 듣지도 못한 젊은이들에게로 나아가,
그들로 하여금 예수 그리스도를 주로 모시고 하나님께 영광 돌리는 삶을 살게 하기위해
우리 자신을 기꺼이 헌신하고 있습니다.
전 세계 교회들의 회복과 한국의 젊은이들이 회복되어
찬양으로 일어나도록 섬기는 일에 우리의 목적을 두고 있습니다.
